Wanna know something fun?  The last business day of the year, I joined my sweet friend Howie Nunnelly to co-host Good Morning Four States.  We followed all the fun on The Big Show!  You can find me there on 96.9 EVERY Thursday and Friday!

Then, on the first day of the business year in 2023, I joined another sweet pair for Living Well!  I'll post my segment soon!  

I've been behind on sharing all my fun projects because I have another INCREDIBLE project that's been requiring my focus!  I've posted about it a lot on Instagram but I haven't shared on Facebook, yet.  I'll be filling you in soon!  I'm having so much fun and feeling very fulfilled!
